Across Rocco Forte Hotels, lighting plays a supporting role, shaping atmosphere without drawing attention to itself. Guided by Olga Polizzi’s place-led design philosophy, each property begins with its setting and pares back to its essence.
Albert and Ritz NEOZ cordless lamps appear across Rocco Forte’s bars, dining rooms, and lounges from London to Florence, Munich, and Sicily, where they respond to varied architectural languages while maintaining the same intent: warmth, restraint, and ease within the space.
NEOZ and London’s award-winning studio There's Light introduce Corner Light, a limited-edition cordless lamp created for the Tate Modern’s Corner Bar. The design draws inspiration from There’s Light’s scheme for the bar created in 2023, translating the mood of 1970s streetlights and the atmosphere of London’s cityscape into something refined and timeless.
Tucked discreetly away in Paris’s Marais district, Little Red Door has become one of the world’s most celebrated cocktail bars. Regularly featured on the annual World’s 50 Best Bars list, the venue is known not only for its inventive menus but also for its deeply immersive interior design, atmosphere, and sensory detail.
In the company of the world’s most influential hospitality designers and operators, Cicchetti (London, UK) was awarded the Overall Restaurant Winner at the esteemed Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, held on a dazzling evening in mid-October. This accolade is a testament to the brilliance of Fettle Design. We seized a moment with the luminary behind this triumph, Andy Goodwin, Co-Founder of Fettle Design, to talk about his design ethos, and why lighting remains a cornerstone in his architectural symphonies. Dive in with us for an immersive dialogue with an award-winning designer.
